This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans of BidTrails and paid placements on TeamBench, provided by Yeap Inc. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New workspace trials require a payment method (a card through Stripe, or PayPal) and start once Stripe or PayPal confirms it. No subscription fee is charged for the 14-day trial. The selected recurring price is charged automatically at trial end unless you cancel first: in Manage billing for card payments, or with Cancel PayPal subscription for PayPal. Existing no-payment-method trials are not automatically charged without a new checkout authorization. The optional AI add-on has its own eligible 14-day trial and recurring charge; cancel it separately if you do not want it.
AI add-on and token packs
The monthly and annual refund rules below also apply to the AI add-on. Token packs are one-time prepaid usage, expire 12 months after purchase and do not renew. Used token packs are not refundable except where required by law; contact support about a duplicate charge or unused pack. A refunded or disputed pack is disabled. Canceling the AI add-on leaves the workspace plan in place; cancel each subscription you no longer need in Manage billing.
Canceling a plan
- Your company’s owner, an admin, or a member with billing access can cancel at any time in Plan & billing: Manage billing for card payments, or Cancel PayPal subscription for PayPal (also possible in your PayPal account).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your plan keeps working until then and doesn’t renew.
- After the plan ends, the workspace is read-only for 30 days, then closes. Choosing a plan again reopens it.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refunds or credits for partial months. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date, we refund the unused months, prorated by month. After 30 days, annual payments aren’t refundable, and the plan stays active until the end of the term.
- Changing plans: contact [email protected] and we will move your company to the new plan, crediting the unused time on your current plan.
- Our errors: if you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, we will refund it.
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the email address of your company’s owner, an admin, or a member with billing access. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Discounts and Yeap ID wallet
- Discounts (such as a verified .gov email discount) apply to the payment they were used for. If that payment is fully refunded, the discount is released back to Yeap ID.
- Any part of a payment covered by your Yeap ID wallet is handled under Yeap ID’s wallet terms.
TeamBench Pro
Listing a company on TeamBench is free, and so is its capability statement in the standard design.
TeamBench Pro costs $19 a month or $190 a year, plus any tax that applies. You pay by card or with PayPal. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until it is canceled.
- Canceling: your company’s owner or an admin can cancel at any time in My listing: Manage billing for card payments, or Cancel PayPal subscription (also possible in your PayPal account). Pro keeps working until the end of the period already paid for, and then doesn’t renew.
- Monthly Pro: no refunds or credits for partial months.
- Yearly Pro: if you cancel within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date, we refund the unused months, prorated by month. After 30 days, yearly payments aren’t refundable, and Pro stays active until the end of the year paid for.
- When Pro ends: your listing and its capability statement stay on TeamBench. The statement goes back to the standard design with the TeamBench mark, and your logo and photos stop showing. We keep your saved designs, versions, logo and photos in case you come back, and you can delete them at any time.
- If Pro comes with another plan (a BidTrails workspace plan or a Featured placement), it ends with that plan.
TeamBench paid placement
When paid Featured placements are offered, they renew monthly until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal, and there are no refunds for days a placement has already been shown.
